Payment, shipping and returns
We ship to a large number of destinations, except for: Cuba, Crimea, Iran, North Korea or Syria. Shipments have a delay depending on their destination, as well as a delay in processing the order of 2-6 business days. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Please note that all prices on our site are in USD. At the moment we do not make changes for colors or sizes; We only make changes if your product was not what you ordered or if it arrived with a defect. In that case please contact us whithin the week to ava_assistance@outlook.com, including your order number and photos of the item and the delivery note. Please, before confirming your order, check your shipping address; In the case of not receiving the order due to having the wrong address, contact us immediately; It is possible to send the product back to you but you will have to take care of the shipping costs. ** Before contacting us for any inconvenience with the delivery of the shipment, please help us by following these steps: 1) Check your confirmation email to make sure the shipping address is correct 2) Ask for your order at your local post office 3) Ask your neighbors if the carrier had left your package for them
